Terms Of Service

By ordering, you are agreeing with everything written below.

  1. Price listed is for PERSONAL USE only

  2. Commercial use is available for 2~3x of the initial price. Please read through the "License Menu" and discuss it in advance if there is anything unclear

  3. Payment via Paypal(USD) or local bank(IDR)

  4. Payment upfront. Partial payment is available for order exceeding $100

  5. Strictly NO REFUNDS once the commission has started

  6. No NSFW

  7. I have the right to decline your commission

  8. I have the right to post your commission result on my social medias and portfolio unless discussed otherwise beforehand

  9. Please inform any specific deadlines or other details in the beginning

  10. Artwork cannot be claimed as your own

  11. Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to hold any right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with those are STRICTLY PROHIBITED

  12. Clients are STRICTLY PROHIBITED under any circumstances to use the commissioned artwork into any AI related technology

  13. ToS are subject to change without prior notice.

Commission may be ordered via Twitter DM, Bluesky DM, Discord(deanahere), Facebook PM(local only) or VGen

Commission Workflow:

  1. Send me your form and references

  2. You will be added to the waiting list if I accept your order

  3. I will contact you and send an invoice once I'm able to work on it. If you do not reply by 3x24 hours, I will pass the slot to the next one on the waiting list

  4. Once paid, I will start working on the commission. Please wait for the sketch to be finished

  5. You can request 2 major revision(e.g: change pose, clothes, etc.) on the sketch stage. Anymore than that requires ADDITIONAL CHARGE

  6. If you chose to do partial payment, the remaining payment need to be sent once the sketch is approved.

  7. Once the sketch was approved, I will continue to finish the commission. The TAT ranges from 1 week~3 months to finish. I will inform if there's any problem that cause me to be unable to deliver on that span of time.

  8. Once finished, I will send you a lower quality file for last check-in. You can request minor revision(e.g: forgotten detail, adjusting color hue, etc.) on the finished stage before approving the order as finished. Anymore than that requires ADDITIONAL CHARGE

  9. If everything's good I'll send the high quality file via GDrive✩
